The band unofficially formed in 1970 as former members of the Candymen and the Classics IV became the session band for the newly opened Studio One, Doraville in Doraville, Georgia. Balancing between the arena rock of Toto, the country-rock of Poco and of course the southern sounds of the Lynyrd Skynyrd, this album often gets overlooked and definitely worth a listen. Barry Bailey's guitar virtuosity and Ronnie Hammond's vocal prowess makes this a much sought after rock and roll alternative to the popular sounds of the seventies paving the way for other southern acts like .38 Special to do the same. Tracks like 'Hitch-Hiker's Hero', 'Sky High' and the massively successful 'So Into You' stand out but it's the blistering 'Outside Woman Blues' that really showcases the band's immense talent.
