EDENBRIDGE setzen auf eine Mixtur aus neoklassizistischem Metal und gefälligen Gesangsmelodien wie Stratovarius. Aphelion, their third album from 2003 is for sure not as strong as Arcana. Some pieces are excellent like opening track The undiscovered land, a crescendo track with some progressive metal elements, but thats it only here, nice anyway the keybords arrangements and Skyward, the rest are only ok, not bad but less intrsting then on Arcana. The album to me is little to monotonous in places, not so ecellent symphonic parts anymore. So, a good album, not bad at all, but less captivating, still the voice of Sabine is great who caries the hard work of Edenbridge along with Lanvall [color=#FF0000]1. The Undiscovered Land 6:08 2.
