Toyah Willcox (* 18. Mai 1958 in Kings Heath, Birmingham, England) ist eine britische S�ngerin und Schauspielerin.
Besonders hervorstechend war ihr extravagantes �u�ere. Schrillbuntes Make-Up und Kleider mit immer neuen, verr�ckten Haarschnitten.
Sie hatte aber auch eine sehr exotische Musik kreiiert, die �ber puren Punk weit hinausging. Mit ihrer au�ergew�hnlichen Stimme war sie in der Punk-Rock-Szene sehr popul�r
und 1982 wurde sie bei den British Rock and Pop Awards zur besten S�ngerin gew�hlt.

Love Is the Law is the fifth studio album by British new wave band Toyah, fronted by Toyah Willcox, released in 1983. Love Is The Law is what many fans consider the last in the trilogy, along with Anthem and The Changeling. Love Is The Law seems to bridge both worlds with some chart motivated material, along with some of the dark sounds that add a nice contrast. 'Broken Diamonds' is a highlight in the Toyah catalog, crossing some pop sounds with Toyah's unique writing flare. 'I Explode' and 'Rebel Of Love' add to the dark edge that permeated The Changeling, while 'Dreamscape' and 'Time Is Ours' provides more of the pop elements, though not at the sacrifice of quality.
